My previous life was as a Business Banker and Personal Lending Officer, as well as a Personal Assistant and Office Manager, now I am a Master Results Coach and Hypnotherapist.

Why the change, I have always been involved with helping clients, staff and friends deal with their financail and relationship issues.  I have always believed that it is important to look after yourself before you can look after someone else. So I took the step to divorce 15 years ago, I had been extremely unhappy for a while and couldn't bear the thought of spending the rest of my life, in the relationship.

It was a scary decision especially as there was very little help or support. Solicitors were there for financial advice, they would listen, but were unable to deal with the emotional aspect of a divorce.  Had I been able to talk it through with a coach, the emotional and financial outcome may have been entirely different.

There are two aspects to divorcing, the first are the emotional states expereienced when a relationship finishes and then you have the financial aspect. Dealing with the emotions is important, but the financial aspects can have far reaching consquences.  As harsh as it may sound, finances do need to be considered when breaking up, and unless you are aware of what any settlement will allow you to do, it can lead to further stress and upheaval later when you realise what you want to achieve is not possible.

I now help man and women to deal with relationship issues, whatever the relationship is! I also help clients realise who they are and who they can become.  Along the way it might involve working with them to deal with financial matters. Regardless of circumstances we all need someone to support us along our  pathway to the future. 

As a life coach I am able to support and guide you during your journey. I do not judge, nor do I tell you what to do, I listen, I support, I encourage you and I will help you plan and take the steps towards the future you want.
