"Helping women think about, make choices and plan their lifestyle."
Are you stuck in a relationship or marriage and do not know what to do? Are you already separating or going through a divorce? Are you already divorced but still reeling from the whole process?
Relationships go through periods where you are distant, angry and upset with each other, especially holidays. The strain of being together 24 hours a day for more than a few days, when normally you see each other over a weekend.
There are many reasons why a relationship breaks down, when they do, the decision to stay or go is a hard one to make. Who do you turn to for help?
Are you:
v In an unhappy relationship, but unable to make a decision?
v Financially and emotionally ‘broke’ and unable to see a way out of the situation?
v Just staying together for the ‘sake of the children’?
v Constantly arguing and know that the situation has to change but not sure what to do for the best?
I am able to provide help for those who are unsure of what they want to do, are thinking of separating or divorcing, already divorcing and for those who are now single.
Please answer the questions below:
v If you were able to resolve the cause of your unhappiness, would you want to part or would you prefer to save the relationship?
v Are you finding it hard to make the decision?
v Have you made the decision but do not know if it is the right decision?
v Do you have financial issues?
v Are you struggling to cope with how you feel?
v Do you need help with the whole process?
v Would you prefer to avoid huge solicitors and court costs – to avoid the fights and recriminations?
v Would you prefer to communicate with each other rather than arguing every time?
v Do you need impartial guidance, objectivity and support?
It is extremely hard to make decisions when you are unsure of your options or even how you feel towards your partner. Seeking professional help to get through a break up can put you back in control quite quickly. Friends and families are great for support, but they will not be able to ignore their own feelings.
I can help you achieve clarity on how you feel and what you want.
Maybe you want to have that loving feeling back with your partner or, if it is too late and the way forward is to divorce then I will be there guiding and supporting you while you deal with the emotional and practical issues surrounding your break up. You will be able to express your emotions and concerns within a safe environment.
Once you have made your decision, then you will want to start moving towards your new life, one which will give you the opportunity to be who you want to be.
Part of starting your new life may include a new relationship. Understanding why and how you choose your relationships will help you to find happiness in the future.
